3 Easy Easter Hairstyles!

Hey everyone! I hope you are all well. Today I’m going to share three great hairstyles that we have on SGH which would be perfect for Easter!

Now I know that most of us won’t even be leaving the house for Easter this year, so you might be thinking why even bother doing my hair up for Easter? However, I think it’s still very important to do as much as what you would normally do for Easter (even though we’re at home) to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday.  (:

Hairstyle No: 1 Super Simple Double Clip Bun.

These flower clips are the perfect accessory for an easter hairstyle!

1.) To start off with, I just did a simple updo. But any sort of low ponytail/braid ect. will work.

2.) Next, I just slid in these two cute flower clips into the hair side by side, above the ear.

3.) And you’re done!

Hairstyle No. 2 Double Flip Twist Ponytail

1.) Begin with your hair parted to one side..

2.) Next, pick up a small section of hair from with side of the front of your head and secure the two sections together with an elastic at the back of your head.

3.) Now reach up and behind the elastic with two of your fingers and pull the ends of your hair through the hole. And repeat once more.

4.) Gently go along the twist and tug pieces of hair to create a more full, and ‘puffed up’ look. Then tighten the elastic.

5.) Repeat for two-four more sections or until you reach the nape of your neck.

6.) You can go back now and tug or adjust anything to your liking, and then add some loose curls to the remaining hair to create a more formal look. (If you have naturally curly/wavy hair like my sister, you can skip this step.) Then you’re done!

Hairstyle No. 3: Boho Rosette Bun Half-up Style

This hairstyle by Sabrina is super cute, and perfect for an easter hairstyle!

1.) Gather the back part of your hair just like you would do for a regular half up, then divide that into three sections and secure two of them with elastics to keep them out of the way.

2.) With the one loose section you have, do a regular three strand braid.

3.) Now pancake the braid, however only pull one side of the braid. (it is easier to make the pancaking on one side more dramatic if you have longer hair, but it will still work with short hair.)

4.) Repeat steps 3-4 with the other two strands.

5.) Using one of your braids, coil it in the opposite direction of the pancaked side. Since I pulled the left side, I coiled it to the right. Secure each bun with bobby pins.
