Bubble Braided Half-up

Hey everyone!

Today I have another fun bubble braided style to show you. As in my recent Aladdin hairstyle post, this hairstyle requires no braiding skills and is an easy DIY hairstyle.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Items needed: a few small rubber elastics

Difficulty: Easy

Time: 5-8 minutes

Step-by-step instructions:

1.) Start with you hair down and no part..

2.) Next, gather a small section of hair from the front of your head and tie it off to one side of your head..

3.) For this next step, gather some hair from either side of the tied-back section and secure about a centimetre down from the first section, making sure to include that as well.

Your hair should now look something like this:

5.) To create the bubble effect, gently tug and pull on the small bump of hair between the two hair ties to make the bubble.

6.) Repeat steps 3-5 for a few sections. (I created 3 bubbles.)

You can add a scrunchie or hair scarf to finish off the style as is, and you’re done!

Thanks again to my sister for modelling this hairstyle! I hope you enjoyed this style–I’d love to know what you think of it in the comments! Also, feel free to vote on my poll to let me know what kind of posts you’d like to see in the future: https://poll.fm/10560781
